Laura met her Master, Chögyal Namkhai Norbu, in 1980 and has followed the Dzogchen Teachings since. In 1994 she was authorized by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu to teach Yantra Yoga and to teach and train prospective Yantra Yoga teachers together with Fabio Andrico.
Laura extensively collaborated on and coordinated the text and photos for the book on Yantra Yoga now published, the Tibetan Yoga of Movement, with commentary by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu. The book is published by Snow Lion Publications, Ithaca NY, USA.
Laura has taught Yantra Yoga courses in Italy and all over the world, and has supervised aspiring teachers together with Fabio Andrico since 1995. Chögyal Namkhai Norbu has authorized her as one of the two main international instructors together with Fabio Andrico.
