BREATHE AND RELAX
Experience deep relaxation through various breathing techniques and gentle movement based primarily on Yantra Yoga, a Tibetan Yoga. Over five weeks you will learn a 12-minute routine that supports overall well being while reducing stress. These techniques are accessible to all ages and abilities.

Cost: $60/5 weeks and $12 drop in
Bring a mat, cushion and wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Taught by Naomi Zeitz, an authorized yoga instructor and practitioner for 25 years. Naomi specializes in breath work that can reduce stress and tension and increase relaxation in daily life by using simple breathing methods and movement.
